At Aether & Orbit, every piece is custom-crafted the moment you align with it. Because we utilize a print-on-demand model to minimize terrestrial waste, we can only offer returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

The Process of Realignment

  • Timeframe: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item if there is a quality issue.

  • Evidence: Send a clear photograph of the defect along with your order number to support@aetherandorbit.com.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will manifest a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Note on Consciousness: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection, as each item is made specifically for you. Please consult our Size Guide before your purchase to ensure a perfect alignment.
