• Shipping: We fulfill orders globally through our partner network to ensure the most efficient delivery possible. Typically, shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

• Returns: Because each piece is custom-made for you, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will make it right.
